L´AND RESTAURANT
At L'AND Vineyards we seek to express the new Portuguese gastronomic culture, reflecting our history and our culture and integrating the experience resulting from the Portuguese trip in the East. We value the unique products of the region, from land and sea. With the help of locally preferred producers of organic farming, we use citrus fruits, vegetables, cheeses, aromatic herbs, beef cattle raised in the field, fish and shellfish from the port of Setúbal and traditional olive oil from the region, we seek to create a unique gastronomic experience that expresses our identity.

WINE CULTURE
It all started with the Phoenicians, then the Romans passed by, and Alentejo is nowadays one of the largest wine regions in the country.
L’AND WINES
Wine and wine culture, are rooted in our identity.
The vineyard area, with 6 hectares, is composed of red grapes varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah, and the white grape variety of Gouveio. The vineyard is organic certified, respecting biodiversity and terroir potential. Hotel guest have access to a wide range of wine related experiences.
L’AND wine club, with a limited number, of members, aims to promote wine culture knowledge and wine making experience.
