Each Villa is carefully integrated into the landscape, in order to ensure total privacy, tranquillity and astonishing views. Built with natural materials, such as stone and natural wood, the Villas are based on the contemporary reinterpretation of Mediterranean courtyard houses and designed in such a way as to allow a fluid and natural connection between the indoor and the outdoor space.
In large plots, up to 2 hectares, the architecture of L’AND favours the experience of the natural spaces in complete privacy. Together with the vineyard, the units have also orange orchards, olive groves and almond trees, which, besides acting as landscaping elements, are also intended to enable the residents to have access to their own production.

Each village has its own private vineyard so that the owner can produce his wine, in a completely personalized way in the enterprise's cellar, with the support of the winemaking team.
Owners can become Wine Club members and annually produce their own personalized wine using L’AND Winery with the support of the technical team of oenology.
Wine can be personalized in all stages of the process, from the grape varieties’ selection to the choice of the wine label, transforming the wine and the vine into an enriching personal experience.
Owners can use their own private grapes, from the vineyards planted in their private plots, or complement the blend with grapes varieties produced in the resort’s common vineyard.
